Start by stretching and securing the EMS muscle toner around your waist and arms. Center the middle pad over your belly button; ensure that the smaller side pads lie over the soft area between your ribs and hipbones. This is the proper placement to ensure maximum results. For your arms, wrap the device around your bicep’s middle to lower section.

Once you’ve secured your toners, turn them on to your comfort level. You want to feel your muscles contracting, but you do not want to be in any pain. Adjust the machine according to how your body feels. We recommend using the EMS toners for 25 mins per day, five times a week, especially if you are a beginner and using a toner for the first time. As you use the product more frequently, you can adjust the length of time.
